JCL has its own foundry for the casting of moulds. Its mould-machining shops are equipped with the latest CAD/CAM and CNC machine technology, including CNC machine center, CNC mill/turn, CNC-EDM, ECM, HSM (CNC- High Speed Milling) etc. Stringent quality control is ensured throughout the production process. Coupled with JCL's years of experience in precision engineering technology, the company is able to fabricate moulds of superior quality for glass plants. With longer life span due to superior mould quality, glass plants are able to save costs in the long-run and avoid costly production down-time as a result of using moulds of inferior quality. JCL can also provide mould design services to customers for free, which are included the customer's mould purchasing. This helps to relieve the customer's burden of having to design moulds on their own.
Glass Container Moulds
We have more than 60 years of experience in producing high quality moulds for glass containers such as bottles, jars etc. These container moulds can be in the form of single, double or triple gob cavity for use on IS-Blow & Blow and IS Press & Blow machine.
Casting is done in-house and the container moulds are manufactured to a high precision conforming to customers' requirement. Quality is ensured through inspection at every stage of the manufacturing process.
We have successfully developed material of international standard such as JC5 cast iron, Minox etc. that ensure a longer lifespan for the glass container moulds.
Glass Tableware Moulds
We have more than 60 years of experience in producing high quality moulds for glass tablewares such as plates, beer mugs, cups, tumblers, ash trays etc.
Moulds for Glass tableware usually have artistic sculptured cavity. We have EXPERT capablity in producing these moulds no matter how complex the design is.
Mould can be used on MDP, H-28 or 0-90 machines. Quality is ensured through inspection at every stage of the manufacturing process.

They were suitable for use on mould diameter Ø140 and Ø160.
