Cold End and Packaging Equipments

Palletizers

Palletizers are generally used for packing large number of bottles into a crate comprising of multiple layers of pallets. Bottles are first collected and accumulated within one pallet, and each pallet is then stacked up above one and another into a crate. The bottle crate is then later sent to shrink wrapping or strapping machine for further wrapping/strapping job to complete the packing process.

 

JCL provides 3 kinds of palletizers: Pole-type Palletizing machine, Overhead Gripper-type Machine and Pusher-type Machine 

Pole-Type Palletizing Machine

The Pole-Type Palletizing Machine features rotary gripper-head suitable for palletizing narrow mouth long-neck glass bottles

Overhead Gripper-type Palletizing Machine
 
The Overhead Gripper-type Palletizing Machine features pantograph-style gripper-head traveling on overhead gantry suitable for palletizing narrow mouth long-neck glass bottles

Pusher-type Palletizing Machine
 
The Pusher-type Palletizing Machine is a versatile machine suitable for palletizing any type of bottles, including narrow , wide-mouth or long-neck glass bottles.

Sealer Packing Machine

The sealer packing machine is used mainly for packing smaller size pharmaceutical bottles by means of sealing and shrink wrapping without the need of cartons/layers

Shrink Wrapping Machine

The Pallet Shrink Wrapping Machine is used for wrapping the bottle crate, thus preventing dust from entering the bottles. It can be operated as a stand-alone module or integrated onto the palletizing line. The thin plastic film is overlayed over the bottle stack and heat-shrunk to allow the bottle stacks to be shrink-wrapped together with the pallets.

Strapping Machine

Instead of shrink wrap the bottle crate, one can use polypropylene bands to vertically strap the glass bottle pallet stacks, offering another form of packing, which can then be delivered to customer. This is carried out by the automatic strapping machine. The strapping unit is imported from Italy.
